PHAST Registration Information
Welcome to the Pleasant Hill Aquatics Swim Team! This year we will continue with online registration. Payment for swim team will be at the time of registration and done online only. Once you've registered, you'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.
NOTE: Pleasant Hill Aquatics Swim Club Membership must be current to complete registration for the swim team.

Waitlist 14 and Under - Waitlist Members (for Non-PHA Members) Fees & Guidelines: If you are on our Waitlist and trying to join the pool, you have the opportunity to swim for the team while you are on the waitlist. This is a great way for families to try out swim team without having a membership or if you are wanting to try out the team for the spring/summer season. You will also be required to complete the waitlist form. Registration for Waitlist members will open one week after returning and new swim team member access opens. *NON-PHA Members interested in joining our swim team must contact [email protected]. | ||

14 and Under Waitlist membership available as long as families remain on the waitlist and haven't gotten to the top position/become a pool member, if their gender specific age group is not full. |
SWIM TEAM ONLY (STO)
15-18 Swim Team Only (STO) for Non-PHA Members Fees & Guidelines
$250 Per Swimmer
15-18 Swim Team Only (STO) membership is NOT available to families with swimmers 14 and younger. 15-18 STO must complete a Membership Application & obtain a Sponsorship Signature from a PHAI member family in good standing.15-18 STO does NOT include "Daily Pool Access." Nor does it include party, guest, or voting privileges.
Payment: We accept online payment for registration.
Registration: All swim team registration closes before the start of Spring swim practice.
Refund Policy: Registered swimmers may withdraw from swim team on or before April 23,2024 for an 80% refund (less credit card fees if applicable). No refunds will be made after April 23, 2024.
Jobs:
Each PHAST family is responsible for working a minimum number of meets and non-meet jobs, assigned at the start of each season. We encourage all PHAST families to also join committees to help support swim team activities. All jobs are on a first-come first served basis. More information on jobs will be sent out prior to sign ups.
